Speaker:  Chuck Rauenhorst 

Chuck Rauenhorst of Rauenhorst Recruiting will be delivering a talk on how sales and marketing managers can use certain techniques to ensure the highest-quality hires in their organizations.  He will be discussing best practices, and will also give the audience tips on what NOT to do when hiring sales and marketing staff.
 
With over 20 years in the recruiting business, Chuck works in placing senior-level managers and executives in a wide variety of industries.  In 1996, he formed Rauenhorst Recruiting Company, a retained executive search firm, that specializes in “building management teams for companies embracing the entrepreneurial spirit.” Prior to starting his own firm, Chuck worked for 12 years for a national recruiting firm where he was a top performer placing sales professionals throughout the midwest. Before entering the recruiting field, he worked as a business analyst consulting with companies ranging in size from $1mm to $50mm. He also was a teacher for five years prior to getting into the recruiting profession.
