Digital Asset Management: Increasing Information, Access & Productivity for Your Organization
Mark A. Cohn, Chairman & CEO, iNTELEFILM and webADTV
Joseph M. Stark, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, webADTV

Mark Cohn

Mr. Cohn and Mr. Stark will present an overview of the Digital Asset Management (D.A.M.) marketplace, with an emphasis on how corporations can better utilize digital assets for their organization. Digital Asset Management solves the problem of efficiently managing, organizing, and leveraging digital assets of all types, including rich media such as digital audio and video. They will specifically highlight two areas where organizations are seeing vast improvements: 1) training and 2) communications (corporate and marketing). They will also present on overview of the ROI for conducting a D.A.M. initiative, and highlight some success stories from current clients.

Industry trends from sources such as the META group (5/22/01) predict that by 2004/05, 35% of the Web’s content will be downloadable digital media (video, audio, images, e-books, animation, etc.) requiring digital asset management to ensure profitability, security, and brand protection. Gartner says 80% of the top 2000 businesses worldwide will use video on demand by 2006. The two key drivers behind the race for adoption are corporate training and communications (6/6/01).

Mark Cohn is Chairman & CEO of iNTELEFILM and webADTV. Mr. Cohn is the former founder, Chairman and CEO of Damark International, Inc.
