Understanding the Relationships Most Important to Business Success

During the morning workshop, Susan Larsen-Nowlin and Tom Lacki from Carlson Marketing Group provided an in-depth look at relationship marketing. Participants walked away with tools and action steps for recognizing the importance of each relationship – employees, channel partners, and customers – and determining strategies and resources needed to achieve optimum business outcomes.
